What the area has to offer
An Historic Market Town
The Farm at Frithville is located just on the outskirts of the historic market town of Boston. There is a market in the town on Wednesdays and Saturdays with a variety of local stalls selling fresh produce from around the area. Among the attractions in Boston are: Maud Foster Windmill, The Guildhall Museum, Boston Stump Church, Savoy Cinema, Boston Bowl, Blackfriars Theatre as well as many bars, pubs and restaurants. You can even take a ride down the river Witham on the Boston Belle.
There is a train station in Boston, so you can get a train over to Skegness for a day-trip to the beach, or maybe a shopping day at Nottingham or Lincoln or even further afield, wherever you fancy.
Fun for All the Family
Boston Bowl has loads of family attractions. From games of 10-Pin bowling to Playtowers with slides and climbing, there’s plenty of fun for families and kids. There is a cafe for Mum and Dad whilst the kids are running off some energy or a Battle warehouse if you fancy a nerf gun battle! The bar often provides live entertainment on the weekends.
Sibsey 6-Sail Windmill
A Working Mill

A Classic Seaside Town
The seaside resort of Skegness is approximately a 35 minute drive away, with all the attractions a typical British seaside town offers; such as an award winning beach, amusement arcades and a donkey ride for the little ones. Be sure to bring your sun cream and towels for a wonderful day at the seaside!
Shopping, Sights & More!
The city of Lincoln is approximately a 50 minute drive away. A historic city with many sites to explore including Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral as well as a whole host of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
East Kirkby Aerodrome
For all Plane Enthusiasts
East Kirkby Aerodrome is around a 14 minute drive away, it’s a good day out and is home to the famous Lancaster Bomber. RAF Coningsby is not too far away either if you want to see aircraft in action.
Cowbridge House Inn
A Bite to Eat and a Lovely Pint
Close by to The Farm, there is the Cowbridge pub which is approximately a 4 minute drive down the lane, or a 20 minute walk if you fancy a tipple or two and a wander through the local area. Come here and soak in the lovely atmosphere of a local country pub and have a bit of food too.
